Lead Times :

Most items are made at time of ordering. Please allow 4-6 week production and shipping time based on availability. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions on the delivery time of your order.
Please note that the Express shipping charge only applies to the shipping portion of your order. Your order may still take between 3-6 weeks production time. If you need your order rushed, you must pay the production rush charge and most times the express shipping charge also.

ALL PRODUCTION RUSH ORDERS ARE BASED ON AVAILABILITY AND MUST HAVE APPROVAL PRIOR TO ORDERING.

* Production Rush $25.00 per item. Rush orders are only available upon

Payment Terms : 
Lady Josette Couture accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  Discover, and Paypal .  All prices are shown in United States Dollars. We use Paypal for our transactions both domestic and international

* When ordering custom and/or rush: Please be aware that the additional fees will be collected from you after initial check out. An email will be sent to you after check out to collect balance for your order once your order has been reviewed. Please also note that your order will not start production until the full payment is collected.

Shipping :

Charges will be determined at check out based on your order.

International :

We accept international orders by Credit Card or  Paypal payment to confirmed users only. If you are not a CONFIRMED USER, your order will be delayed for an additional 2 weeks as payment clears and charges are verified. 

NOTE: Please be aware of the import tax/fee for your country. Lady Josette Couture has no control over the fee you will pay if any for importing our product.

Return/Exhange :
Lady Josette Couture will gladly do a refund, exchange, or credit on any unworn clothing item for any reason within 10 working days of receiving your order.
This excludes customized orders. There are no refunds, exchanges, or credits issued for customized orders. If there is a problem with a customized item please contact us immediately. Problems will be dealt with on an individual basis.
All returns must be sent prepaid
